On Friday 8/28/15, at 12:06a.m., an armed robbery to a business occurred at the BP gas Station along the 6700 blk of Georgia Ave. Investigation revealed the following: a white 2003 Dodge Caravan drove into the gas station parking lot and parked near the front door of the business. A black male exited the van, armed with a handgun, the male opened the front door of the business and orders two customers to the floor at gunpoint. A second black male entered the store. Both subjects demanded money from the register; the clerk complied. The two black males fled the scene in the Dodge Caravan. The van was recovered abandoned in the area- the van was stolen. Both males were described at being 5’10” to 6’0″, thin build, wearing all black with some type of masks covering their faces and latex gloves.
