The Jupiter Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to identify individuals responsible for an armed robbery-vehicle theft that occurred on February 21, 2016 in the area of Abacoa Plaza near Main Street.
The subsequent investigation has revealed that two male subjects approached the victim at approximately 10:00 p.m. The two suspects, both displaying firearms, demanded the victim’s keys and vehicle. The two suspects then fled driving the victim’s vehicle and a third suspect fled driving an older model, light colored, smaller SUV.
The suspects were described as black males wearing hoodie style sweatshirts.
These suspects may have been involved in an earlier attempted robbery incident which occurred in the area of Chasewood Apartments. The victim in this incident provided the same description of the suspects and related older model, light colored, smaller SUV.
